There are two covered kitchen shelters, located on the edge of small grassy areas at either end of the Horse Camp, which can be reserved by groups or individuals on a daily basis.

NF Road 12 is Gravel one-lane Baker Lake Road intersection on State Route 20 looks like this (Baker Lake Road to the left) coming from the west and like this (Baker Lake Road to the right) coming from the east.
Turn left and continue to the second right, Barrel Springs Lane and continue another another 0.5 mile to the Lower Trail Head. Road gated at MP 13.9 past the junction of Pioneer Camp Trailhead.
